Your right to cancel and return
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving your delivery, without needing to give a reason.
To start a return, please contact us at info@highclasstouch.co.uk or via WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please note:
- Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.
- If items are returned in a used or damaged condition (beyond what was needed to inspect them), we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@highclasstouch.co.uk with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage if required.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been placed with our supplier, we will cancel it in full at no charge. If the order has already been dispatched or is in the import process, your standard 14-day return right applies upon delivery.
Natural ageing and wear over time
Our pieces are crafted from high-quality materials including metals, porcelain, marble, and glass. As with all decorative objects, natural surface changes may occur over time due to light, humidity, cleaning products, and everyday use. These are not manufacturing defects and cannot be accepted as returns after the 14-day return window has passed. We are always happy to provide care guidance.

Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
