Delivery Times

Our products are curated globally and imported into London before being dispatched to you.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 days to 2 weeks
    (In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to customs processing.)

  • Once your order arrives in London, we ship using Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked (48 hours).

  • If you require Special Delivery or an express upgrade, please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to assist.

Express Service

Certain pieces qualify for 3-day express delivery.
Please note:
If your order contains both express-eligible items and regular delivery items, the entire order will be dispatched together when all pieces are available.

Delivery Costs

  • FREE delivery on all orders between £100–£300

  • For orders over £300, a flat delivery fee of £13.99 applies due to the additional parcel weight.

Import Taxes & Duties

You can shop with confidence.
All customs and duties are covered by us, so you will not incur any extra charges upon delivery.

Delivery Confirmation & Lost Parcels

All orders are shipped with tracking for your peace of mind.

Once Royal Mail marks a parcel as 'Delivered', we are unable to cover or replace lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your parcel was misdelivered, please contact Royal Mail directly to open an investigation.

We recommend ensuring your delivery address is safe and secure to avoid any issues.
